All prices listed on our website include free shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class within the United Kingdom.
Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Should there be any unforeseen delays with your order, we will endeavour to note this on the website or contact you directly if possible.
While we dispatch promptly, the actual delivery time may occasionally vary depending on the current performance of the Royal Mail network. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
In certain circumstances, it may be possible to upgrade to a faster shipping service at an additional cost. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order to discuss the available options and pricing.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom as standard. We may be able to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to inquire about shipping to your location before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We take great pride in the quality and performance of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or fault to proceed.
